Grade Conversion Disclaimer

GradeConverter provides CGPA, percentage, and GPA conversion estimates based on formulas published by universities in their examination regulations and circulars. These results are intended as a quick reference only and are not official documents. Universities, employers, and immigration or visa authorities may use different or updated formulas. Always confirm your exact conversion with your university's examination department or an authorized evaluation service (such as WES) before relying on it for admissions, employment, or visa purposes.

Accuracy & Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep conversion formulas up to date, but universities can revise their grading policies at any time. We are not liable for decisions made, opportunities lost, or administrative issues faced based on results generated by this site.

Acceptable Use Policy

• You may use the calculators for personal, non-commercial reference.
• You may not scrape, republish, or resell the formulas, content, or generated PDF reports in bulk without express written permission.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or admin backend systems.

PDF Report Generation

The “Download Free PDF Report” feature generates a self-service summary of your calculation for your own tracking records. It is not issued or endorsed by any university and must not be represented to any third party as an official academic transcript or institutional certificate.
